Resource-full re-cycling and circular economics: some bicycles are outgrown, some are no longer needed, some are abandoned, and some just take up space. LOL Bicycles centrally and locally collects used bicycles, repairs them as needed, and uses their value to energize Baltimore’s economy and communities with all of the benefits of cycling:

– A reduction in the demands placed upon Baltimore’s waste disposal infrastructure and costs; and,

– An increase in Baltimore citizens’ mobility and health resources.
